Innisifl S.C will be offering a new 10 Week training program specifically for Goalkeepers.
The program is geared to girls and Boys ages 7-17 years of age.

Week 6 1 V 1 Situations/Breakaways
Week 7 Shot Stopping
Week 8 FootWork/ Low Balls
Week 9 High Balls
Week 10 Recap

Every Saturday
4:00pm– 5:30pm ages 7-12 (boys and girls)
5:30pm - 7:00pm 13- 17 (boys and girls)
